1. Acceptance & scope

These Terms govern your use of luckyspinhaven.com (the "Service"), operated by Lucky Spin Haven ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

4. Access — no accounts

The Service does not offer registration or user accounts. Your virtual coin balance and preferences are stored locally in your own browser and never leave your device. Clearing your browser storage resets them.

5. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a fictional play currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, or redeemed for money, goods, or prizes of any kind, and exist solely to track in-game play. We may reset, change, or discontinue coin balances at any time without liability.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

The Service's design, text, and branding belong to us. The games are the property of their respective studios and are embedded in demonstration mode under their applicable terms. No rights are transferred to you.
